Terms of service

This is a placeholder terms-of-service document for ScaleForge, a service operated by Aurenex LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Replace this content with terms reviewed by your attorney before launching production traffic.

1. Services

ScaleForge provides done-for-you website, AI chatbot, CRM, and automation systems for US small businesses, sold under three packages: The Spark (one-time), The Engine (one-time), and The Machine (monthly subscription).

2. Payment

• The Spark and The Engine are one-time payments charged at booking.
• The Machine is billed monthly after an initial 3-month period, then continues month-to-month.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes are added where applicable.

3. Delivery and timeline

Stated delivery timelines (5 days for The Spark, 7–10 days for The Engine) begin once kickoff materials are received. Delays caused by missing client input are excluded from the timeline guarantee.

4. Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the source code and creative deliverables produced for your business. Our proprietary platform components remain the property of Aurenex LLC and are licensed to you for use with your delivered system.

5. Refunds

One-time setup fees become non-refundable once we begin work. The Machine subscription can be cancelled at any time after the initial 3-month period — no further charges will apply.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the system for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes, or to violate the rights of third parties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScaleForge and Aurenex LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
